Housebuilder reports increase in demand for new homes

Persimmon Homes Severn Valley has reported an increase in demand for new build properties as it brings a jargon-busting road show to a successful close.
With developments in Bristol, North Somerset and Gloucestershire, the housebuilder travelled across the three counties to explain a number of different housing schemes to help buyers secure a foot or move up the property ladder.
So successful was the tour that Persimmon Homes assisted many buyers and secured new build sales, which appealed to first time buyers, growing families and investors alike.
Now the housebuilder is rolling out another series of events to highlight the benefits of NewBuy; a new Government backed mortgage scheme that opens up a 95 per cent mortgage product.
Nicola Reed, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes Severn Valley said: “We pledge a commitment to help buyers across the region by guiding them through the whole buying process. Our events achieve just that.
“During our NewBuy open events we will have an experienced team on hand to ensure everyone understands the benefits of this new scheme. We look forward to meeting with prospective buyers over the coming weeks to help them find the right home to suit their individual needs.”
