Househunters flock to new Swansea show home
28 April 2016
A new show home has opened for business at Glan yr Afon in Swansea.
And sales bosses said it had already driven potential customers to the site.
Sharon Robinson, sales director at Persimmon Homes West Wales, said: “We’re excited to open the doors to our stunning show home at Glan yr Afon.”
“We have already had lots of interest in the development, which is not surprising at all as it’s in a super location close to the town centre and we have a great variety of properties with something for everyone.”
“A development really comes alive when there is a show home in place. It gives people the chance to look around the property and to imagine themselves living in it.”
“We’ve already seen a spike in the number of people visiting and showing an interest in the development.
“Our sales advisers can’t wait to show people around.”
The show home at Glan yr Afon is a three-storey Greyfriars style property with a downstairs cloakroom, a dual aspect living room, an en suite to bedroom 1, an open plan kitchen and a separate dining room.
Sharon said that there are significant advantages of living in a three-storey property.
She said: “Large families will benefit from the extra space, while teenagers at home will appreciate the additional privacy.”
“With more and more professionals working from home, a three-storey layout is the perfect solution for setting up an office in the home. The top floor is ideal, away from the family as the bedrooms could easily be converted into a quiet haven for work.”
