New homes exceed expectations in Barry

One of the leading Welsh housebuilders has opened its latest development in Barry and is inviting local people to an exclusive launch weekend at the new site on Saturday (21 September) and Sunday (22 September).Staff at the new Hedgerows development, built on former farming land on Whitewell Road, are urging as many people as possible to attend the event and the unveiling of the brand new on-site showhome which will be open to the public for the very first time.
As well as a free glass of bubbly and refreshments, those attending the launch weekend will have the opportunity to learn some modern interior design tips as the showhome has been decorated to the highest standards by industry experts, and there will also be financial professionals on-hand throughout the day to give advice on mortgages and buying schemes.
Interest in properties at The Hedgerows has already exceeded expectations, with six homes sold since it opened two weeks ago, and many customers asking about the various schemes and incentives that could help them move into their new home more easily.
