New Homes Snapped up at Stalybridge
22 October 2013
A new homes development in Cheshire is already exceeding all expectations – with ten buyers keen to be first in line for the property of their choice, before the site is even fully open!
House hunters are snapping up early reservations at Moorland View in Stalybridge, the latest location offered by Persimmon Homes, taking advantage of the pick of the plots and pre-showhome prices.
David Hodgson, sales director for Persimmon Homes North West, said: “We haven’t even opened the showhome at Moorland View, but already we have lots of interest in the three and four bedroom family homes here.
“Five of the first plots to be released have been bought by keen househunters and we’ve had a further five ‘early bird’ reservations – where people pay a deposit to have first refusal on houses not yet released for sale.
“Buying a house before a single brick is laid might seem strange, but for many people it is the perfect way to secure their preferred property at the best price.
“And, if you reserve early enough you can select fixtures and fittings from a range of Finishing Touches, ensuring your new residence really is the home of your dreams.”
Homes offered include the three bedroom semi-detached house ‘Swale’ style house which provides practical family accommodation over three storeys, and the four bedroom detached ‘Crathorne’, with integral garage, spacious dining kitchen and en suite to the master bedroom.
David added: “The Government’s Help to Buy scheme is proving very popular, as it enables people to secure their new home with a five per cent deposit and a smaller mortgage.
“At Moorland View we are also able to offer our Home Change and 100% Part Exchange schemes, helping those with an existing property to save time and money as they get the keys to their new home faster and with less fuss.
