New Technical Director for Persimmon North West

A new Technical Director has been appointed to head up operations across the North West region.

Keiron Morley joins Persimmon with over 15 years of experience in the housebuilding industry, most recently serving as Technical Director at Taylor Wimpey Manchester.

Having worked at the likes of Taylor Wimpey, Bellway and Keepmoat Morley joins Persimmon from Taylor Wimpey, where he was technical director for just over 2 years. 

He will oversee delivery of new developments already operational throughout the region, including in Merseyside, North Staffordshire and Greater Manchester.

Morley will also play a key role in helping Persimmon – an HBF 5-star housebuilder - continue to deliver on its commitment to creating high-quality and sustainable homes across the region.

The region has several developments underway and a number of applications progressing with local authorities and I was really impressed with the team's vision for the business.”
