North Midlands development bags Premier Guarantee Excellence Award

Our team in the North Midlands has much to celebrate after winning at Premier Guarantee’s 2024 Excellence Awards, thanks to the their outstanding work at Appleyard Park in Fleckney.

Winning one of these awards places Appleyard Park as one of the highest performing of all developments working with Premier Guarantee and follows the site winning a Quality Recognition Award back in January 2023.

The team secured their win in the ‘151+ Units: North’ category, thanks to high scores in Premier Guarantee’s judging criteria - which includes attention and consideration given to the standard of site management and workmanship, health and safety, and site tidiness.
