North Midlands team formally opens play area at Nuneaton development

Our North Midlands team is celebrating the latest milestone at its Eaton Place community in Nuneaton following the completion of the development’s play areas, marking the occasion with a formal opening and naming ceremony from a local school pupil.

A significant investment into the development and the surrounding areas, the play area will allow local children to make the most of the outdoors as well as develop their interpersonal skills, physical activity and enhance their playtime. The play area, named ‘Let’s have a wild time’, was opened by Layyaanah Ahmedabadi, a pupil from nearby Milby Primary School who recently won our competition to design a logo for the area.

Matthew Archer, Headteacher at Milby Primary School, said: “It is wonderful to see Layyaanah’s creative and unique design for the park’s name and logo come to life. She will leave a lasting legacy on the local area and we know that children from our local community are going to thoroughly enjoy spending time here with their family and friends.”
