Persimmon expands Part Exchange team to keep up with scheme demand

Persimmon Homes has appointed a part exchange expert to keep up with demand as latest figures confirm the scheme remains a popular choice for Welsh house buyers.The appointment of Annaline Chater as part exchange administrator for Persimmon Homes East Wales follows high demand for the scheme in the region where over 30% of sales in 2012 were made possible by part exchange.
Having worked for Persimmon Homes for over two years as a sales advisor, Annaline has developed a long standing career with the housebuilder advising customers on the options, schemes and incentives available to make the purchase of their new home possible.

With the part exchange plus scheme Persimmon will purchase the customer’s current home enabling them to take the next step on the property ladder and purchase a brand new home. The housebuilder agrees a market price with the customer for their current property and buys the house directly from them. This scheme is a hassle-free option for house buyers who need to sell their own property.
