Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire has boosted its management team with the appointment of two new trainee field sales managers.
Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire has welcomed Holly Grand, a Persimmon homeowner, and, experienced saleswomen, Lisa Jones to the team.
The pair are joining forces with current field sales manager, Laura Pickles, who has been with the business for nearly four years.
Holly joined Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire in 2017 as a trainee sales advisor. The 22-year-old has swiftly climbed the career ladder gaining a clear understanding of the industry and company procedures along the way, even becoming a Persimmon homeowner during the process.
Holly added: “I believe communication is one of the strongest skills in sales, customers want to be kept informed. With this being my first managerial role, it is certainly a new challenge. I feel my career path with the company has given me the ideal understanding of the role and being a homeowner myself gives me a customer perspective.”
Lisa brings a wealth of sales acumen to her role. Having worked for the likes of Estée Lauder and DFS, the 44-year-old has scooped numerous awards for her service and results.
Lisa said: “I have always loved sales. I am very driven in making sure customers get the service they expect, and the results then follow. I am delighted to join Persimmon Homes. My approach is to support and nurture my team as I would never expect them to do anything that I wouldn’t do.”
Simon Whalley, sales director at Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire, said: “We are delighted that Holly and Lisa accepted the roles. They each come with different skills and personal approaches and we see this as an asset to the business.”
“I expect my team to work closely together to achieve a common goal and I feel I have the ideal dynamic trio to help drive the business forward.”
