Persimmon Homes provides more help for first time buyers
02 March 2016
Persimmon Homes is offering free expert guidance for first time buyers and those moving up the property ladder.
Diane Finch, sales director for Persimmon Homes Lancashire, explained how the Help to Buy weekend will inform buyers about how the scheme works.
Diane added: "We look forward to welcoming house buyers during our advice days and we are confident that we have a buying incentive that will help them get on to, or moving up, the property ladder."
The Help to Buy scheme is available to everyone, not just first time buyers, on new build homes in England up to £600,000. Buyers only need a 5% deposit to secure their home, and there is no limit on the annual household income.
The new Help to Buy ISA offers a tax-free payment from the government of up to £6,000 for couples buying their first home, and interest rates of up to 4% when saving for a deposit.
Pear Tree Gardens offers an unrivalled collection of three and four bedroom properties from £147,995. It is located in a superb semi-rural location close to Preston with excellent transport links, perfect for first time buyers and families.
