23 March 2022

Tanya Esposito, 29, who previously worked for the company as a trainee purchase ledger clerk in 2012, has returned to take on her new role of finance manager.
After leaving in 2015, Tanya worked as an accounts assistant for another house-builder but is now thrilled to be returning for her next career move.
“I am so excited to be returning back to what is such a successful region, to take the next step in my career,” said Tanya.
“I always loved working for Persimmon. There is such a great team here and it was nice to see a lot of familiar faces from when I was here previously. I’m looking forward to seeing what my new role has in store for me.”
Northampton-based Tanya said that her ambitions are to complete her CIMA qualification, which will elevate her skills within the business.
She added: “I am lucky enough to work for a company which encourages and supports career progression in the workplace. Completing my CIMA professional qualification will not only provide me with additional knowledge and skills but will help me to excel in my new role, benefiting the financial objectives of the region.”
Simon McDonald, regional managing director for Central East, said: “We are delighted to be able to welcome back Tanya to our finance team.
“Not only does she already fit right in with the team, but her drive and determination to excel in her career is unmatched. We are excited to see how she supports our regional business and watch her career flourish.”
