Something for everyone on third phase of Wellington development
27 July 2015
Work has begun on the third phase of a development at a popular location in Wellington.
All properties have been sold on the first two phases at Persimmon Homes’ Jasmine Gardens scheme in Damson Crescent. But house-hunters still have a chance of being part of the new community as construction has now started on a further 188 houses, adjacent to where work has already been completed.
Nina Hester, sales and marketing director at Persimmon Homes South West, said: “We’re delighted to be pushing on with the third phase of work at Jasmine Gardens.
“The first two phases were exceptionally popular and we are now completely sold out.
“As before, the third phase will offer excellent family homes at affordable prices. We’ve got a great mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, so there is something for everyone.
“I’d urge anyone interested to come and speak to our sales advisors to ensure they secure their preferred plot.”
Jasmine Gardens benefits from a stunning semi-rural location, surrounded by unspoilt countryside.
There are seven different house styles to choose from, with all homes benefiting from either a single or double garage.
Persimmon Homes has paid careful attention to the architecture, ensuring the homes complement their surroundings with each being finished in a combination of brick, stone or render and attractively roofed with tile or slate.
People who reserve early could be able to personalise their new home by tweaking aspects including bathroom accessories, bedroom wardrobes and feature fireplaces.
Nina said: “Buying off plan means that people can choose exactly where they want to be on a development – and they can make amendments to the look and feel of a property by adding or upgrading certain parts.”
